GABA came to Bison Studio wanting to expand their brand awareness and gain more in-store traffic, knowing the time was right to enhance their online presence and bring in new customers. Their luxury jewellery is highly regarded for quality and exceptional customer service.

what we did

Taking into consideration the multiple touchpoints GABA’s target audience is exposed to, we devised an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy with Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media and Google Campaigns tailored specifically to a variety of target audiences.

To promote a strong brand identity on a local scale, our strategic approach has delivered results by guiding the customer experience from the initial brand awareness stage right through to customer aftercare.

Search Engine Optimisation

Our thought process:

  • Conducted keywords research to identify what terms and phrases people search for on Google when searching for gold, diamond & luxury jewellery in Malta. 
  • Conducted competitor analysis to identify what keywords GABA’s main competitors are ranking for and what is required to overtake. 
  • Implemented the necessary SEO tools on GABA’s website to make it rank for the most searched for keywords related to their business. 

Bison Studio helped GABA rise to the first page of Google Search Engine and in some cases the top for Jewellers websites by implementing a well-researched SEO strategy. After ten months of fine-tuning, the site ranked in the first three places on the first page of Google for the search-phrases engagement rings in Malta’, ‘diamonds in Malta’, ‘Pearls’ ‘gold rings in Malta’ ‘diamond rings in Malta’ and ranked on the first page for several other related keywords and phrases related to the business. 

Paid Advertising

Our thought process:

  • Building customer profiles that were based on data from GABA’s past customers and used it to create a plan for growing and scaling the brand’s target personas.
  • Setting up unique tracking links to be able to track the performance of campaigns. 
  • Adding the Facebook pixel to the website for re-marketing purposes. Once this was set up, we then targeted those individuals who’d visited the site through a social media advertising campaign. 
  • Using our data insight to establish lookalike audiences on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and used this to target new customers that are more likely to take action.

Results

As a result of the comprehensive digital marketing strategy designed and implemented, GABA have been able to achieve their goals, including significant increases in site traffic, unique visitors, and sales. Improved brand awareness and visibility online has also led to more in-store foot traffic.

Our working relationship with GABA captures the essence of a successful partnership, one which has elevated them to a notable position in the luxury jewellery market.

In a span of just 10 months we have achieved:
