How do we bring Malta’s largest real estate icon into an educational and immersive digital sales platform?
A few months back, we were approached by Vanessa Coleiro Brand Consultant to build an interactive experience-first digital sales platform for Mercury Towers by Zaha Hadid Architects. Our goal was to build an educational and immersive digital sales tool for Malta’s newest icon…Here’s our answer.
Through strategy, design, and tech, we were able to create an immersive 3D interactive sales tool to help facilitate the sales of Mercury Towers by Zaha Hadid Architects residences. The main goal was to drive as much direct sales to their internal team as possible.

Bringing a concept to life
Through different forms of media, we were able to bring the Mercury Towers brand to life. Since the project is still under construction it was our job to create a digital space that would represent the high-end, luxury development that is promised.
Luxury
Elevating Design and Luxury.
The Joseph Portelli team had made it their mission to put quality and design into every single part of the development project. This called for a digital experience that showcased the brand’s mission. We made the platform as beautiful and magnificent as the properties it sells, complementing the brand’s touchpoints.
Sales platform
Creating a sales platform that instills confidence by solving for size and finish.
Many customers tend to purchase properties once they have physically seen or experienced the property. They feel the need to touch and experience the property to better understand their scale and style. Our challenge was translating this need to the digital experience.
By leveraging specific utilities throughout the platform, we wanted to help customers come to a fully informed decision. We relied on a combination of Renders, interactive video, search and sorting filters, and an interactive 3D property map to ensure that they can truly understand the development and enquire about any properties they are interested in.
Strategies
Not just a website. Through our digital strategy we discovered multiple touchpoints that potential clients have with the brand.
