THE challenge
Belair Property
Making a huge portfolio feel effortless to browse
Belair lists everything from studio rentals to multi-million euro commercial sites.
Buyers, tenants, landlords, investors and prospective agents all arrive with different intentions. The site had to let each of them find what they came for in a couple of clicks, without burying the brand’s personality under filters and reference numbers.
At the same time, Belair’s Commercial and Luxury divisions needed their own identity within the same platform, and every listing had to stay in sync with the agency’s property database.

Our Approach
A search-first experience built around real listings
We designed the homepage around two actions, search to buy and search to rent, and built a property search with filters for status, price, type and locality, saved properties and reference-number lookup. Listing pages present photography, specifications and agent contact in a clean card system that works equally well for a one-bedroom apartment and a sixteen-million-euro site.
Dedicated sections for Belair Commercial and the Luxury Collection, lifestyle developments, guides, market updates and Belair Talks give the agency room to publish, while user accounts let visitors save and share the properties they love.

The Outcome
One platform for every side of the Belair brand
The new belair.com.mt brings residential, commercial and luxury property together in a single, fast, mobile-friendly experience. It positions Belair as a modern agency with decades of heritage, supports its content and recruitment ambitions, and gives its consultants a platform that works as hard as they do.
