THE challenge
Mercury
From a landmark tower to a living destination
Mercury is many things at once: a shopping district, a food scene, an events venue, a spa and a hotel.
Visitors needed a single place to discover what is open, what is on and what is new, while dozens of brands, restaurants and operators needed fair representation within one experience. The site had to carry Mercury’s premium, playful tone and work for a tourist planning a day out as well as a local checking opening hours on the way there.
It also had to connect with the destination’s commercial life, from gift vouchers and events to campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Our Approach
A destination guide built around experiences, not floors
We structured the site around the ways people actually use Mercury: fashion and lifestyle, food and drink, entertainment, wellbeing and beauty, culture and events, and the hotel. A full brand directory, rich photography and video, and a blog of news, awards and campaigns keep the destination feeling alive, while the Life With a Twist storytelling layer gives the brand room to express itself.
Practical information such as opening hours, getting there and parking tariffs is never more than a tap away, and an integrated e-commerce layer handles gift vouchers so the website contributes directly to the destination’s revenue.

The Outcome
The digital front door to Mercury
mercury.com.mt now acts as the destination’s daily companion, from first discovery to repeat visits. It gives every operator a presence within the Mercury brand, supports a constant flow of events and campaigns, and extends the Life With a Twist experience from the towers to every screen. It continues our long-standing collaboration with Mercury, following the sales website, interactive sales room and launch campaigns for Mercury Towers.
